Vision Forum Director Per Hüttner and OuUnPo member Samon Takahashi attended a symposium in Tokyo co-organized by Mori Art Museum and Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art.
The weekend presented of events with Arab artists participating in the exhibition “Arab Express: The Latest Art from the Arab World,” currently underway at MAM. Japanese artists active worldwide made presentations about their art practice: But there were also other talks, and a panel discussion looking at the relationship between contemporary art in the Arab world with that in Japan.
